One of Chandler's duties at work is to fire a sexy co-worker, but he finds it very difficult to do. Joey meets Phoebe's twin sister, Ursula, and begins to date her, even though it hurts Phoebe's feelings. Ross, wanting to be a good daddy, goes to child-birthing classes with Carol and Susan.

Chandler: Well, I guess that’s why they call it psychology, sir.

Carol: (to Ross) Oh, what do you know? No one's going up to you and saying, "Hi, is that your nostril? Mind if we push this pot roast through it?"
