I haven't actually been watching it. I have watched House but not this so for those who have watched it, is it any good? I am not entirely sure what it is about. Doing well ratings wise?
Trying to see if it might be something I'd like to watch since its new. I find it hard now a days to like anything new. |

Yes! It is good!
It's about an FBI agent, a crazy dude who was recently sprung from a mental institution, and his shady son investigating paranormal activity that seems to create a "pattern." You might like it if you like either The X Files or Lost or shows like that with a long drawn-out mystery.
It might be hard to jump into in the middle, so best to start at episode one. I believe you can watch it online. |

Like Cindy said, it's awesome. Ratings-wise it's apparently one of the most watched new shows this season, which is good.
I think it's three weeks until a new episode, so you have time to catch up. Hulu has all of the episodes if you want to watch. |

Hulu is evil since I am back home and on dialup again
But I have caught the last three or so episodes and its interesting looking. I don't fully understand what is going on sometimes and randomly confused but at least its better than some of the crap the other networks pose as "Best new shows of the year" so I'm giving it a shot |

It started slow and rather formula-like (kind like Reaper last year), but they built up to more then just the "Weird science crime, Walter comes up with a weird science solution" cookie cutter of the week. You could probably skip episodes 2, 3, 5 and 6.
Which means you really only need to see 1, 4, and 7, if you've already seen 8-10 (the last three). That should fill you in on the highlights and give you most of the main stuff. There's little bits and clues in those other four, but not critical stuff. |
