After sending the report about Youswell to Mustang, the Elrics stop at Aquroya, the City of Water so he can get information on the Philosopher's Stone. Soon he hears about a thief named Psiren who uses alchemy after a detective takes him to the police station to investigate him. After realizing he's a State Alchemist, he wants Ed to help him catch Psiren. After leaving, Ed gets food poisoning and goes to the hospital where they meet a nurse named Clara. At night they try capturing her when she steals again, but when she starts getting seductive with Ed, she escapes. Ed then sees something he shouldn't in Clara's office. Will Psiren come to justice or will she be on the loose forever?
