Game of Thrones: The North Remembers

As Robb Stark and his northern army continue the war against the Lannisters, Tyrion arrives in King’s Landing to counsel Joffrey and temper the young king’s excesses. On the island of Dragonstone, Stannis Baratheon plots an invasion to claim his late brother’s throne. Stannis allies himself with the fiery Melisandre, a strange priestess of a stranger god. Across the sea, Daenerys, her three young dragons and khalasar trek through the Red Waste in search of allies, or water. In the North, Bran presides over a threadbare Winterfell, while beyond the Wall, Jon Snow and the Night’s Watch must shelter with a devious wildling.

Episode Quotes
Tyrion Lannister: Starks love their children as well. And we have two of them.
Cersei Lannister: One.
Tyrion Lannister: One?
Cersei Lannister: Arya, little animal, she disappeared.
Tyrion Lannister: Disappeared? What, in a puff of smoke? We had three Starks to trade. You chopped one's head off and let another escape. Father would be furious. Must be hard for you to be the disappointing child.

Ser Jorah Mormont: If we go south to the land of the Lhazareen, the Lamb Men will kill us and take your dragons. If we go west to the Dothraki Sea the first khalasar we meet will kill us and take your dragons.
Daenerys Targaryen: No one will take my dragons.

Melisandre: Lord of Light, come to us in our darkness. We offer you these false gods. Take them and cast your light upon us, for the night is dark and full or terrors. After the long summer, darkness will fall heavy on the world. The stars will bleed. The cold breath of winter will freeze the seas...and the dead shall rise in the North.

Jaime Lannister: King in the North. I keep expecting you to leave me in one castle or another for safekeeping, but you drag me along from camp to camp. Have you grown fond of me, Stark? Is that it? I've never seen you with a girl.
Robb Stark: If I left you with one of my bannermen, your father would know within a fortnight and my bannerman would receive a raven with a message, "Release my son and you'll be rich beyond your dreams. Refuse and your house will be destroyed, root and stem."
Jaime Lannister: You don't trust the loyalty of the men following you into battle?
Robb Stark: Oh, I trust them with my life, just not with yours.

Episode Goofs
Factual Error:

Stannis mentions that he heard about the truth of Cersei's children from Eddard Stark, who sent him a letter. Eddard Stark did write a letter to Stannis, and gave it to Tomard to deliver. However, Tomard was killed before he had the chance to deliver the letter, and so, Stannis could not have learned the news from Eddard Stark.

During a discussion between Cersei and King Joffrey, Cersei's necklace changes directions. The lion emblem flips back and forth several times.

Cultural References
The Ten Commandments: When the soldiers of King's Landing invade the brothel to look for King Robert's bastard sons, the scene is an allusion to a scene in the 1956 version of 'The Ten Commandments' by B. DeMille.
