Meanwhile, it appears that Macbeth and Demona escaped the Weird Sisters hold, because for some reason, Macbeth and Demona are working together... posing as an rookie officer and an arrested man at the police station.

However, the disguise doesn't fool Elisa (who's desperately been needing some shut eye) for long. As she discovers them in the Clock tower, Demona and Macbeth ambush her.

It isn't until Elisa comes around does she discover that Coldstone was taken by Macbeth and Demona. With even more questions than before, Goliath and the clan are forced to head to Macbeth's castle, where the two immortals are waiting, and possibly with the vengeful soul of Coldstone as well...

Goliath, guilty of his part in the destruction of Air Fortress I, heads out to keep a watch on the airship, to ensure its survival.

When Macbeth corners Lexington & Brooklyn, Goliath takes out Macbeth's hovercraft -- not knowing that the result would be Macbeth plummeting down several stories into a fiery explosion. It's clear that no one could have survived that fall... not even Macbeth. A mysterious man in armor arrives on the lakeside of Belvedere Castle in Central Park. As he walks into the city, he is attacked by the local thugs. It's clear that he's a better fighter than the three of them are, and easily beats them. However, Police Officer Morgan decides to take him in . . . telling him he can't be using a sword like that in the city.

It isn't until later when Elisa hears of this man from Morgan, and that he's looking for a gargoyle. Not just any gargoyle . . . he's looking for Goliath, and Elisa's shocked to hear that he knows the clan leader's name.

Arranging a meeting near Belvedere Castle, Goliath, Elisa, and Bronx meet the old man. The moment the man spots Goliath, he is overwhelmed with joy. As it turns out, he's the young boy Tom from the night of the Wyvern Massacre . . . and he's come to find Goliath for help.

More powerful than Goliath has ever seen him, the Archmage gives the final ultimatum that they'll all die by sunset.

As Goliath and the rest head back to Oberon's Palace, the Archmage talks to his soldiers on what the next phase of his hostile take over shall be.
