|
While the Trio attacks the Cyberbiotics Tower, Hudson and Bronx hit the underground laboratory, and Goliath and his Angel attack the flying Fortress. All of them succeed in retrieving the stolen diskettes. During their mission, Goliath watched his Angel's erratic behavior and observed that she is no longer how he remembered her. After Goliath flees to meet with Elisa, much to his Angel's displeasure, Xanatos decided that the Gargoyles may be too difficult to control, and decides to dispose of them...

| Demona: Humanity is our enemy Goliath. I thought you learned that a millennium ago.
Goliath: I cannot make war upon an entire world.
| Goliath: (to Demona) You said the centuries had changed me. They've changed you too. You've become hard, unforgiving. You're not as I remember you.
| Hudson: And they say the middle ages were barbaric.
| Goliath: (to Demona) There is good and evil in all of us, humans and gargoyles alike. You should know that more than anyone. Don't you see. None of this would have happened if it weren't for you.
| Elisa: Good. Maybe we'll catch a Giants game.
Goliath: (shocked) Giants?!?!
| Xanatos: (to Goliath) Without me, you'd still be gathering moss.

| When Demona was in the background, her eyes were glowing whitish, but in a close-up her eyes were glowing red.
| When Goliath goes after the third robotic gargoyle, a shot of Demona, Xanatos and Owen is shown. When Goliath destroys the two mechanical gargoyles in one shot, the parts from the gargoyles rain down on the three on the ground, causing them to move away from their position. The next time they are shown, the first shot of Demona, Xanatos and Owen is shown again. Their facial expressions start out the same and the door behind Demona can be seen.

Goliath: (shocked) Giants?!?!
Elisa was obviously referring to New York Giants football team.
