Fox: True. But what about... love?
Xanatos: I think we love each other, as much as two people such as ourselves are capable of that emotion.
| Lexington: Oh, Halloween! Tonight is the night.
Brooklyn: I can hardly wait. We can walk around on the streets and nobody will know who we are.
Broadway: Better yet, no one'll know what we are.
| Xanatos: True, but now Plan C is in place. Goliath and company are, as usual, determined to thwart me. They'll pull out all the stops to get the Eye away from Fox before I do. They'll do all my work for me.
Owen: I fail to see how it will be any easier to get the Eye from the gargoyles than from Fox.
(Goliath and Elisa drop in)
Goliath: Your manipulations have failed, Xanatos. I don't suppose you have a Plan D.
| Elisa: Don't listen to him. It's a trick. He couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it.
Xanatos: But my life doesn't depend on this. It's Fox's life we're talking about.
Goliath: I have no more love for Fox than I have for you. Even if what you say is true, why should I help her?
Xanatos: Because you know what it means to lose someone you love.
Elisa: Don't even think about it, Goliath. Can't you see? This is his Plan D. If it fails, he'll move on to E or F.
| Elisa: I trust you about as far as I can throw you, Xanatos.
| Xanatos: So now you know my weakness.
Goliath: Only you would regard love as a weakness.
| Owen: Actually, Mr. Xanatos, I believe he's right. You've never looked more heroic.
Xanatos: A momentary lapse, I assure you.

For her Halloween costume, Elisa is wearing exactly the same dress that Belle wore in the ballroom scene of Disney's Beauty and the Beast (appropriate, since she was on a date with her own 'Beast').

The Golden Cup building is a play on the "Silvercup Building," a landmark in New York City.

| Goliath defeats the Werefox on the top of the Golden Cup building. This was the same building where Xanatos sent Coldstone to in order to download the virus he wanted in "Legion."
