Nikolas runs into Elizabeth at the hospital as he checks Helena in to find out how she was poisoned. Dante is told by Ronnie that he has been put back on Sonny's case and that somebody must of pulled some strings at a higher level. When Jax goes to see his wife he finds Sonny sitting by the side of her bed. Luke and Alexis talk about about Valentin. Jason thinks the tape recorder must of been hidden somewhere by Ian and that it could be a the motel he stayed at. Lucky is surprised that after everything that Helena has done to their family that Luke brought her to the hospital. Nikolas tries to find out from Elizabeth if she left town just to get away from him. When Olivia finds out that her son is back on Sonny's case she thinks that Jax is behind it. When Helena sees Rebecca she notices how she looks more like Emily than ever. Anthony makes plans for his daughter, Sonny and 'Dominic' to be eliminated. Claudia tells Sonny that her brother told her about what happened to Carly and that she has decided to respect his decision not to have another baby with her at the moment. Helena asks Elizabeth if Lucky knows about her relationship with her grandson. Sam and Jason are arrested by an under cop in a case of mistaken identity.
