Duke tells an unconscious Robin in Switzerland that he never intended to hurt her or her mother. He promises her that she will be reunited her with mother but it has to be carefully orchestrated. Duke learns that the staff at Ferncliff gave Robin too much a dose of electroshock and that she could be comatose forever. Duke looks at an old picture of Anna and looks forward to being reunited with her. The doctor asks him about Luke as he seemed devoted to Anna. Anna is attempting to locate Joe in her office when McBain shows up with an update about Heather. John fills in her the story of the baby switch. Jason bangs on Steve’s door wanting to know if Heather has been there but she hasn’t. Jason confirms to Steve about the babies being switched and explains that he does not want Sam to know until the baby is safe. Steve thinks that his mother might try and sell the baby. Todd wants to know if his PI has managed to locate Heather. Carly wakes up in Todd's hotel room. Carly is certain that here is something that Johnny is not telling her. Todd holds Carly’s hand and tells her what a great woman she is and that she can do so much better than Johnny. After Carly leaves, McBain shows up to confront Todd about the part he played in the baby switch. Sam wants Spinelli to tell her what Jason is keeping from her. Spinelli manages to evade giving Sam an answer before managing to leave. Maxie attempts to find some dirt on Ellie after going to the hospital but ends up talking to her. Spinelli shows up to take Ellie on a picnic. Anna is shocked when she returns home and comes face to face with Duke. Heather shows up at Steve’s place with the baby. Jason shows up to see Sam and informs her that he has something important to tell her and reveals that her son is still alive.
