As Anna returns to town with Duke she learns that that McBain was attacked and is in the hospital. Carly wakes up after having spent the night in Todd's bed and A.J. tells her what happened between them last night. Lucy has a dream about Caleb who vows to kill her. Mac and Felicia learn from Alexis that if Shawn hadn't stopped Lucy then McBain would now be dead. Felix and Sabrina consider the future of the Nurse's Ball. Diane informs Todd that after the stunt he pulled he is now considered a flight risk. McBain wakes up and learns from Sam that what happened last night wasn't a dream. Monica shows Tracy the headline in the newspaper featuring Lucy's arrest. Lucy sees Duke and calls him Joshua and informs Felicia that she needs to finish what she started.
