Jason's family and friends sit vigil after Jason is taken to the hospital after crashing his motorcycle. Reese and Sonny realize that Dr. Thomas once hypnotized Michael. Dr. Thomas is suspected of killing AJ and Rachel to cover up a secret from his past. Jason remembers that Dr. Thomas tried to kill him. AJ's written confession of wanting to have a brain damaged Jason's life ended is found by Monica. As Elizabeth and Cameron escape from the burning apartment Jax shows up. Lucky tells Nikolas why he can't remain living with Elizabeth. Courtney admits her reservations to Lucky. Elizabeth agrees to stay the night with Jax and Courtney. Jesse receives an ultimatum from Maxie. Jesse admits that he wants a relationship with Maxie. Maxie and Jesse are disturbed by Mac just as they are about to make love.
