Episode Summary |
| |
Popular comedian George Lopez makes his television series debut in this family comedy as an assembly line worker who's been promoted to manage a Los Angeles airplane parts factory, and whose job and busy family life are complicated by the presence of his stubborn, insensitive mother. In the premiere, George's management skills are put to severe test when his boss, Jack, asks him to choose between firing his overbearing mother or his best friend. Meanwhile, George's daughter, Carmen, discovers the hard way that going through puberty is a royal pain, literally.
