  Episode Quotes
(Note all EVPs Quotes are based on what either TAPS and/or the respective people associated to the case have understood after listing to the EVPs in question.)

EVP: Go Home.

Rebecca Jordan: Now guys this is the forensics unit.
Jason: Wow.
Rebecca Jordan: This is where they kept the most dangerous patients. This particular building housed Charlie Manson.
Jason: Oh wow.
Grant: Fantastic.
Rebecca Jordan: Yeah he spent a short stent in here.

Rebecca Jordan: Now this sis the Civil War sections. So this is the very first part of the building that was elver made. They actually brought a lot of the contractors from Europe. The Irish believed in putting these faces up to protect the building and ward off evil spirits. I believe these are supposed to portray two lunatics.

Jason: So guys, the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum.
Jason: Hey Steve.
Steve: Yeahp.
Jason: This place is monstrous, man. A lot of reports of activity. Everything from full body apparitions, shadow figures, one lady was dragged down a hallway in front of other people.

Grant: And if we are dealing with an insane entities, we're fully aware of the possibilities of what we could be up against. Getting hit, punched, grabbed, and slapped by things that you can't see. And we known, that dealing with insane asylums before, that you kind of have to let play with your mind and uhm, you have to be willing for whatever may come from that.

Steve: I just can't help but get exited about these big abandoned asylums.
(Grant laughs.)
Grant: That's Steve for you
(Kris Williams laughs.)
Jason: Awesome. Well we're just about there, guys. So lets do this.

Jason: So where to know?
Rebecca Jordan: This is the auditorium where the held a lot of activities. Not only for the patients but for the town as well. And at one point....
(Grant interrupts Rebecca while laughing.)
Grant: Wait a minute, Wait a minute. The town would come in?
Rebecca Jordan: And they would have proms.
Grant: Like date night at the lunatic asylum.
Rebecca Jordan: Absolutely.
Steve: And they get to mingle.
Rebecca Jordan: No, they wouldn't actually bring the two in together.

(Grant trying to taunt possible ghosts.)
Grant: Come on, keep playing the games. Try and drive us crazy. Quite a few of us walking around through here. Go ahead, hit anyone of us. Pull us, pull our hair, pull our jackets, slap us, whatever.

Steve: Alright Tango, here we are.
Steve: A little warm in here.
Dave: It is.
Steve: You can see the debris and the dust.
Dave: There is a lot of dust in here.
Dave: Lets put on our masks.
Steve: Yeah, you're right.
(Steve struggles to put on his mask.)
Steve: Oh my God, look at you.
(Steve hurts himself while trying to put his mask on. Dave Tango then starts laughing.)
Dave: Are you OK?
Steve: Yeah.

(Kristyn and Joe trying to talk to and console potential ghosts.)
Kristyn: I'm really sorry what happened to you. Can you come talk to us?
Kristyn: And I don't want to say that, I don't want to irritate anything, but I don't want make something uncomfortable that already had an uncomfortable life.

Grant: We heard Joe and Kris (Kristyn) starting to head out, we decided we were gonna hide and give them a little shock.
Jason: What kind of friends would we be if we just let them walk past us, so we decided that we would, ah, surprise them.

(Steve, Dave & Joe sitting down reviewing their recording of the night.)
Dave: Steve.
Steve: Yeah Tango.
Dave: Uhm, now, this is Jay and Grant with the thermal. They are looking down a hallway, and they kind of fixate on this like kind of like a therm- like a you almost you see two glabs, but they and they just turn around. So I don't know if they really saw something or maybe they didn't even know, but It seems like they''re fixating on it.
Steve: Well, they definitely stop on it.
(Steve stops reviewing turns around to see Joe glimpsing by.)
Steve: You got audio to listen to.
(Joe laughs. Steve and Dave Tango continue reviewing Dave's discovery)
Steve: Ah yeah.
Dave: Yeah?
Steve: It just must be people down there. It must be why they didn't say anything else about it.
Dave: Probably.
Steve: See that? if you just would of watched another twenty seconds of the tape you would of figured it out.
Dave: You gonna to hassle me?
Steve: I'm just saying...
Dave: Are you going to hassle me?
Steve: ... You wouldn't of have to bring it to me if you were just watching it twenty seconds.

  Cultural References
Rebecca Jordan: This is where they kept the most dangerous patients. This particular building housed Charlie Manson.

Charles Manson was once briefly a resident in this asylum.
Charles Manson was the notorious leader of what came to be known as the Manson Family, a commune, which most consider a cult, that began to form around him in the U.S. city of San Francisco in 1967. He was convicted of conspiracy to commit the Tate-LaBianca murders, which members of the commune carried out at his instruction.

Rebecca Jordan: Now this sis the Civil War sections. So this is the very first part of the building that was elver made.

Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum was built during the American Civil War.
The American Civil War was a critical rebellion war between the United States (the "Union") and eleven Southern slave states that declared their secession and formed the Confederate States of America, led by President Jefferson Davis.
