On the first investigation of this episode, Andy tells Jason and Grant about an alleged haunted light house known as the “Ledge Lighthouse” located in New London, Connecticut, rumored to have paranormal and poltergeist activities. Andy found this site after he saw a film on Japanese paranormal investigators who got trapped on this lighthouse during witch they taped the whole event. The Lighthouse is suspected to be haunted by a previous lighthouse keeper known as Ernie, who killed himself he threw himself of the lighthouse after his wife left for another man.
The TAPS team meets with Jerry Olson who is the vice president of the Ledge Lighthouse Foundation, shows the TAPS team around the lighthouse. Jerry shows the team around some places were some strange things have occurred like an alleged female ghost spooked him, a room were he saw some orbs appear, Ernie’s room and were Ernie committed suicide.
During the investigation, Steve finds and feels cold spots and he picks up weird static readings on his instruments. During this time, Jason and Grant are outside talking and even fishing at a time. They relate some speculations about the allegations of the Japanese team are just a hoax or if they could be real
When Steve and Andy are making the analysis of the investigation, they find strange lights on a video they recorded earlier. But Jason and Grant dismiss this as lights bouncing off some cameras. Another thing they found was a light human figure with a face coming from a mirror. Again Jason thinks it looks like Andy and dismiss this evidence as well.
Jason and Grant deem this case as inconclusive or none haunted, do to no evidence other then some cold spots.
On the second investigation of the episode, the TAPS team goes to New York to investigate an alleged haunted museum known as “Merchant's House Museum”. Jason and Grant talks to the executive director of the museum, Pi Gardiner, who shows them a strange piano that seems to play by itself, people have heard this piano play from outside the museum. But it seems that this piano is imposable to be used, seeing that it needs to be restored. Pi also shows Jason and Grant a hallway were a woman with strange clothing has been seen several times, ad a chandelier that movies suddenly by itself. Later Pi shows them a room were cold spots and people being pushed around are known to be happening. Pi says it could be caused a lady who lived and died their in the past, her name was Gertrude Tredwell. Gertrude condemned herself never to marry after being told by her parents she couldn’t marry the man she loved.
Before the investigation, while on the street of New York taking out their equipment, a man suddenly steals a case of equipment out n the opened while being filmed. Steve chases the thief. The thief seems to drop the case and Steve comes back unharmed.
During the investigation, Steve and Andy try to debunk the moving chandelier by seeing if it could be moved from the upstairs. Andy goes the floor above the chandelier and starts to walk and jump around while Steve sees if it starts to move or not. Steve sees a little motion going on the chandelier, very little though, not enough to be noticed on a larger scale. During the analysis Steve notices a strange dropping in temperature in one of the thermal cameras. When he shows this to Jason and Grant, Jason thinks it could have been made by his hand.
The case is deemed inconclusive because lack of evidence. The only thing that could have been explained was the chandelier moving. It could have been something other then someone walking on the floor about the chandelier.
Later, Brian meets with Jason and Grant. Brian tells them that he needs to leave TAPS because he wants his relationship with his girlfriend to work. Jason and Grant wishes him the best of lick and are sad to see him leave.
