When Melinda and Jim take in a teenage foster child, they soon discover that the girl’s dead mother is attached to her. With the help of Professor Payne Melinda is able to get the woman to reveal her spirit in order to find out why she hasn’t crossed over yet. Meanwhile, Delia turns to special guest star Cesar Milan to find out why her dog has been acting strangely, causing Melinda to discover that the dog has had several run ins with her ghost dog Homer.
