Ah yes the creation of Kuze and the seeds of things to come for the Prime Minister. How'd you like some old freak leaning over your shoulder! Anyway this was a welcome return to the main plot of the season but in an easy escalating way and with the team getting closer to finding Kuze to boot. |

It is always interesting to rewatch these episodes after some time has passed; you can catch little details that you missed earlier. For instance, after watching the entire series the scene with the Cabinet Secretary sneaking up behind the P.M. was especially creepy.
Also, the situation Kuze and his men were in are timely; it mirrors events that are happening in the real world. Then again, such unfortunate events seem to repeat themselves over and over again throughout history. It's just saddening that we are living through such a period again.
Just to step outside the storyline for a moment; the way Kayabuki's harried and stressed expressions were well depicted. As always, the animation is well done -- especially considering it's a TV series.
