It was interesting to have two episodes dealing with a child back-to-back like this. Although Batou's caring side has been explored a bit before, it is good to be reminded that he does have a heart. Of course, it causes him to drop his guard and almost gets him killed. Still, out of the other cyborgs in the team he's probably the most 'emotional' one.

I didn't catch the fact that two child eps had occurred at the time and as far as emotion Batou handled it perfectly. I was glad to see the team take on other cases beside's Kuze and outside of Japan. |
