The Prime Minister is taken into custody but her removal from office is kept a secret. Aramaki and Togusa work to reach her so they can prevent a nuclear attack. Manga Entertainment Ltd. owns the rights to Innocence in Europe and has been able to use the cast from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex for the English dub.
