Did anyone watch the new episode?
I loved it. The first scene with Lorelai and Rory coming back from Atlantic City was great. The scenes with Kirk were great (but when arn't they?), especially when he went behind the counter.
Luke's face when he saw the website was my favorite part, along with his face when he saw Lorelai in her wedding dress.
All in all, the episode was great. It had it all: humor, emotion, drama.
I can't wait for next weeks episode! |

I totally agree with you. I was very pleased with this episode and was glad to see the return of the Lorelai/Rory banter that we were cheated the beginning of the season.
I loved Luke's face when he saw Lorelai in her dress too, and he looked so proud when he saw April's website. But he should have told Lorelai in this episode. Waiting only makes things worse.
Why isn't Sookie catering the wedding? The entire season before this episode she couldn't wait to make the cake and the food and even in season 2, she was going to cater Lorelai and Max's wedding and even made the cake. That seemed a little odd to me. |

My 'lady friend' made me watch it with her. And I have to say, for a chick show, it's pretty good. I haven't seen many of the other episodes but she said it was one of the best episodes she's seen.
But the mother's excuse for not telling the diner guy about the daughter was pretty crappy. |

Did anyone else notice on this episode that in the first scene where Rory was packing up to go back to school that the camera work was kind of off. It seemed like when they were shooting the person who was standing in front of the house it was hazzy and the coloring was off but the other person who was in front of the bush by the car the lighting was fine, and when they switched positions the same thing happened always looking funny for whoever was in front of the house.
Just wondering if anyone else noticed... |

I watched that part again and there was definiately something off. It was like the camera lens was foggy or on a different light setting than the other camera. Wierd. |
