Sue and Will are having a pretty hardcore argument in the auditorium. It seems they have been coming to blows since they had to talk to the principal about how their progress is going with their joint effort to run Glee. As usual, Will is being the nice guy and trying to use his charm to get over on the principal and unfortunately Sue is being manipulative and making them go against one another. Her intention is to make them both quit. Sue even thinks that she is handling it with elegance and grace with her wacky thought process.
The principal tells Sue and Will that he isn't going to let them just leave the office until they hug and make up. They are none too pleased with it and eventually break down and hug one another. Will tells her that she is going to destroy her and she tells him that she is going to puke on his back.
Elsewhere, Finn and Quinn have gone to an appointment for a check up. It seems that they have just found out that they are going to have a baby girl. Will has driven them to their appointment and he is waiting out in the waiting area. Finn comes out and tells him that the baby is doing alright and totally healthy. He also wonders how exactly he is going to raise a baby especially at his age. His mother won't even let him have something as simple as fish. Finn and Quinn are on different sides when it comes to the outcome of their parenthood. Quinn doesn't want to keep the baby and he would like to. She is pretty set on giving the baby up for adoption and it is going to be quite the fight.
There is a guy named Jacob and he is quite the nerd. He also has a school gossip blog and he tells Rachel that he is going to tell everyone about what is going on with Finn and Quinn. He tells her that he is going to blackmail her so that she will keep it on the hush.
Sue has divided the Glee club into two separate teams. She and Will will head their respective teams. She gets to pick the kids she wants first and basically picked all of the so-called minorities. She picked Santana, Artie, Kurt, Tina, Mike, Mercedes, and another football player. At home, Will and Terri are going at each other's throats over the baby. Her friend Kendra is more involved in the whole process and he would prefer it if he could be more involved. He asks that he go to the next check up with her. No, he demands.
Elsewhere, we have finally figured out what Jacob was going to blackmail her with. He wanted her to give him her used panties. She didn't. She gave him panties that even had the tags on them. There are a few kids that feel a bit weird about Sue's team, but then there are others that have taken comfort in the fact that she has claimed to like minorities quite a bit. She has decided to have the group sing Hate On Me by the amazing Jill Scott. I guess that Mercedes really sang the song and the rest of the team weren't given much to do.
Evil Sue has brought out her horns and is trying to really mess things up for Will. She had the piano removed and even burned the sheet music he needed. They get into it in a stairwell and she has no choice but to admit that she is trying to bring him down and she is more than determined to do it. The war is on and Sue tells him that she won't stop all of the shenanigans until Will is finally fired.
At home, Will is kind of worried about what is going on. Terri tells him that he needs to stop being the wimp--he needs to fight back and fight back hard! Will decides that he is going to fail all of the cheerleading team so that they can't get to compete. Sue is of course enraged by this and decides to take Will to the principal. She demands that he gives the cheerleaders the grades that they need to pass and Will tells her that most of them are illiterate and he even had one that got her NAME wrong on a test and drew sombreros instead of answering the questions properly.
The principal has taken Will's side and that makes Sue even more angry. Will leaves and she threatens Figgins with her blackmail video. He tells her that no one really CARES because he had even uploaded the video to YouTube himself and there were only two hits. She is at another level of enraged and she leaves angry and screaming and throwing students out of her way.
Finn has written a list of possible names for the baby and hands it to Quinn. He was inspired by Gwyneth Paltrow having named her child Apple so he said that they should name their child Drizzle. She is pretty mad over this because she doesn't want to keep the child let alone name it. He tells her that he should have more input when it comes to this but she tells him he doesn't and that is that. He wishes that Quinn was like Rachel because she cares that he has feelings and she even defends both him and Quinn.
The kids have gotten together behind Sue's back and they are having fun singing Ride Wit Me by Nelly. Sue has actually demanded that they don't interact with one another. She said she would make sure she shaves Kurt's head if that happens. They get together because they miss working with one another. Finally the "minorities" have to leave to meet up with Sue and Artie says as he is leaving "Bye, White kids!"
Will has decided that his team is going to perform No Air. Rachel and Finn have the leads on the song and Quinn is severely jealous. Quinn has been working on getting Puck and Brittany to join the minority team because Sue wants them. They are convinced to do it. Will is elsewhere ignorant to what Sue is up to and feeling like he has really put her in her place. He has made an appointment for Terri to go to the doctor and before that Terri and Kendra decide to go see the doctor. He helped birth all of the babies Kendra had and they need him to go through with their plan and if not, there will be malpractice suits.
Quinn has decided to go up and talk to Rachel. She tells her that she needs to leave Finn alone and Rachel calls her out about being the spy for Sue. She also tells Quinn that Sue doesn't care about her or anyone else and that once the news hits her about Quinn's pregnancy Sue will boot her off the team. After that, Quinn and the Cheerios have a performance where Quinn sings Set Me Free by Diana Ross and the Supremes.
Will's team is officially down to three people (Finn, Rachel, and Quinn) and they are about to do their performance. Sue interrupts them and lays the insults on thick. Will has officially snapped and that is when they started having the screamfest in the beginning of the episode. Finn steps in and tells them to stop. He tells them that if they wanted to hear their parents fight they'd go home . After that, the group leaves.
Will and Terri have made it to the doctor's and they have it set up so that while Will feels like he is a part of it, he in no way knows what is going on. There a screen that hides her stomach and he plays a copy of DVD that they make for their patients. Will is overwhelmed with emotions and begins to cry. Terri lays it on thick by saying that no matter what, they loved each other right in that moment.
Will goes to talk to Sue and she tells him that she is just going to go ahead and stop being co-chair. He is suspicious and asks what the deal is. She tells him that she only cares about winning, not feelings or anything fake like that. Will goes and tells the kids and gives a bit of a speech saying that in one way or another we are all minorities. Sue then says that Quinn is pregnant and it was all over the internet. Quinn is hurt by this because it was very much supposed to be a secret.
Rachel is infuriated and she calls out Jacob. He tells her that Sue had found her panties in the locker and demanded that he blog it anyway. At the end of the show, they sing a song called Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne.
