The episode begins with the previous year’s seniors (except for Kurt and Rachael) singing “Home” and they all look great together. They are all back home for their holidays; just as they promised. Group hug! Next, we hear Marley’s voiceover telling us about her and her mom’s diet. She tells us that she wants to be her best for the Sectionals. She feels that the whole team is depending on her and that she cannot let them down. The group is having drinks at a pub and Finn tells them that he wants a favor from them. Finn then pairs the seniors with the new kids: Jake is with brother Puck, Wade with Mercedes, Marley with Santana, Mike with Ryder and Kitty with her favorite Quinn. ..

Episode Quotes
Marley: I thought your parents didn't want you wearing...

Unique: They don't. They're trying to protect me. But what they need to understand is if I'm not being true to myself at least when I'm performing then there won't be anything left inside me to protect. So they can keep talking about sending me to a camp for little boys who like to wear dresses, but I will not and cannot be ashamed of who I am or how I look.

Kurt: You've said you're sorry a million times, and I believe you. And I'm trying to forgive you, but I'm just not there yet. But it's Thanksgiving and it's sectionals, and I miss you like crazy, and I can't stand not talking to you even though I'm mad at you, because you're still my best friend.

Blaine: You're mine, too.

Episode Goofs
At the dinner in breadsticks with the returning graduated Glee members. Quinn mentions her and Rachel remaining in contact, and how she's sorry she hasn't used the train pass Rachel gave her yet. In the end of season 4, it was in fact Quinn that gave Rachel the pass, not the other way around.

Kurt and Isabelle talk about Les Miserable, and she says she is obsessed with the French Revolution. Les Miserable does not actually take place during the revolution, but rather a rebellion from 1815-1832 in France.
