Blair, in bed, is awakened by a nightmare about former lover Chuck Bass and looks wildly about her bedroom, only to be greeted by her pregnant maid bringing her breakfast in bed. Blair says that
she doesn't believe that Chuck has truly changed into the philanthropist that he is claiming to be, that she is very suspicious about his apology last night and she is plotting to trip him up, to reveal him for what he still really is. Her maid looks at her with disdain and disbelief, but says she will help her with her plan, anyhow. Blair tucks into her eggs and toast with a smug smile...
