Great British Hairdresser looks for the for country's best hair stylist, as the finalists compete in a series of challenges for the the chance to style a top celebrity's hair.

The three finalists are flown to Los Angeles where James and Jo Elvin set them a challenge that will see three become two and the contestants meet Vidal Sassoon. After they return to London, the two finalists go head to head at a star-studded magazine shoot with girl group The Saturdays. At the end of the show James and Jo decide who wins the competition.
