Episode Summary

An episode focusing more on human relations, rather then puppet relations, Jimmy finds out that his parents are going through a divorce and his mother is now with his high school gym teacher, Coach Dinkins. Convinced that he must make their relationship better, Gil desperatly tries to bond with his son. The result is them getting high and throwing eggs at Coach Dinkins. Meanwhile, Dottie and Jack become mall buddies.

Greg: On Sanford and Son, Red Fox called Demond a big dummy all the time.

Greg is referring to the 70s sitcom Sanford and Son, in which a father and son worked together at a junkyard.

Greg: If I am successful, I will go back to 1998 and stop them from making Back To The Future 3.

Produced by Steven Spielberg, Back To The Future Part III (1990) was the third and final film of the series, released only 6 months after the 2nd installment.

Gil: Wasssuuuuuuuup? Isn't that the commercial you kids love so much?

Gil is referring to the famous TV and radio commercial campaign for Budweiser (Anheuser-Busch) beer during the early 2000s. It was so popular that it became a pop-culture phenomenon.
