"McLabeling":
Thoughout the series, the characters have often "McLabeled" a variety of characters and coined several phrases that begin with "Mc". The trend started when Cristina nicknamed Derek "McDreamy". From there, several characters have been "McLabeled" including calling Dr. Mark Sloan "McSteamy", Finn Dandrige "McVet", and Meredith and Derek having sex at the prom the "McNasty".
 
Seriously.:
The word "seriously" is probably the most frequently used word in the show and has even become the subject of official merchandise (such as T-shirts with SERIOUSLY written on them). One might say that it is the catch-phrase of the show.
