Marah tries to explain to her family that she had no choice but to bring a wounded Tony back to their house. Tony explains his involvement in the hit to the police and tells them that he put Danny on a bus to Chicago. Marah makes an argument to keep seeing Tony and despite Josh's objections, Reva agrees to let her. Reva, recounting her experience with the intruder, seeks comfort in Josh. Noah and Josh argue about how to handle Marah's relationship with Tony. Noah, frustrated that Reva turned to Josh instead of him to handle the intruder incident, accuses Josh of making a mess out of every situation. After Frank, David, and Harley take Tony to see Michelle, Gus and May arrive. A minor turf war ensues between the Springfield police and the FBI over who is handling the Santos case. Gus arrests Tony, but after Michelle pleads with him, he allows Tony to be taken to the hospital to receive medical attention. In San Cristobel, Phillip successfully loses the surveillance team that Edmund ordered to trail him. He and Cassie discuss their plan to rescue Richard. Phillip acquires a military doctor's uniform to disguise himself so he can gain access to Richard's prison cell. Meanwhile, Edmund reveals that his plan. Is to catch Richard escaping and shoot him. He realizes he's revealed too much when he sees Beth's reaction of horror and agrees to act less harshly. Beth suggests they could lock Cassie away as well.
