Beth and Phillip discuss custody of the children. Phillip is adamant in his stand that he wants the children to live in Springfield. They attempt to try and reach a fair compromise for the sake of the children. Claire and Alan are sharing a pleasant evening when Olivia shows up ready to make her pitch for Alan to financially back the Lewis Harbor project in San Cristobel. A disgusted Claire leaves the two to discuss business. A charming Olivia gets Alan to agree to help finance the project. Noah and Reva are enjoying time together when Josh shows up. He informs them that he’s decided to take Noah’s advice and offer Tony a job. Tony arrives to pick up Marah and tells Josh, that although he’s still skeptical, he accepts the job. Marah is horrified at the idea of Tony working for Josh, but she’s more understanding when Tony explains he is doing it so she can have the life she deserves. Meanwhile, Harley and Rick try to keep their friendship separate from Harley’s investigation of Michelle. Gus stops by and tries to trick Rick into giving him information. Harley steps in and stops Gus’ questioning from going any further. Gus insists that he and Harley are going to have to do things his way.
