Michelle warns Claire to stay in San Cristobel to avoid Gus’ investigative questions about Carmen. He combs the house for a bug and when he spots the surveillance van across the street, he puts it all together. He marches to the van opens the door and attacks Gus. When Harley breaks them apart, Danny and Michelle realize her involvement and are devastated that she betrayed them. In San Cristobel, Lillian approaches Beth about her future and Beth assures her that it lies with Edmund and that she and Phillip came to an understanding about their children. Meanwhile, Edmund is worried that Richard will ruin his coronation day. Susan visits him to wish him luck and the coronation begins.
