Gus shares with Harley that he thinks Claire is going to cooperate with the FBI in order to protect both her and Michelle from prison. Gus also admits that his theory is that Danny is involved in Carmen’s death. Vince Russo, Claire’s attorney, listens to Claire’s side of the story. She tells him everything and when she’s done, he advises her to take the deal Gus is offering and expose Danny. Claire tries to explain the repercussions that will have on her relationship with Michelle, but Vince assures her that someone is going to jail for what happened and she should cooperate if she doesn’t want it to be her.
