Marah comes home and tells Reva all about her disastrous prom night. Reva tries to remain composed as she hears her daughter recount the events that led to Tony being the one who stopped things from getting too serious. Reva tries to explain that his respect is a good thing and it shows that he really does love her. Meanwhile, Tony talks about the night with Ray and asks him what he should have done differently. Ray convinces him to take another shot at explaining to Marah how much he loves her. Tony shows up with flowers to reassure Marah that his feelings for her are true, but she breaks up with him anyway. Richard tells Noah and Phillip that he has a plan and is going to San Cristobel to rescue Cassie – and he is going alone. He tells them that if he has not been in contact with them in 48 hours, they should search for him. Before he leaves he asks them for one more favor: to take care of Tammy and RJ if something should happen to him. Phillip and Noah agree and wish Richard luck. In San Cristobel, Beth wakes up and is devastated that Edmund is seeing her before they get married. He tries to allay her fears and gives her a big blue diamond, which he hopes will take care of her something old and something blue for her traditional wedding. She starts to prepare and dress for her wedding. Olivia comes to help and asks Beth about Cassie’s disappearance. Beth recites Edmund’s lies about how Cassie is creating trouble by starting up a resistance. While she is dressing Phillip calls. He threatens Beth that he won’t have Edmund raising his children. She hangs up the phone determined not to let anyone ruin her day. Before she walks down the aisle, Lizzie tells her that she misses Phillip, but she continues with the wedding anyway. Meanwhile, Cassie still struggles to free herself.
