Blake, planning an anniversary surprise for her and Ross, gets Holly to take care of the kids for her. Holly turns to Buzz when the kids get out of control and he manages to control them. Blake rushes to the door to sexily greet Ross only to find Gus, who wants to question Blake about her source for her book was. Ross comes home and finds them talking and tries to persuade Blake to stay away from Gus. Gus leaves and they start to enjoy their anniversary. Tony shows up at work and realizing that Josh hasn’t spoken to Marah yet, tells him that she broke up with him. While Tony is preparing to resign, Vince Russo rushes in demanding that Tony pay for threatening Claire. Russo gets aggressive and in Tony’s face. Tony responds by punching him. Josh tries to calm Tony down, but to no avail. Josh fires him and goes to discuss what happened with Reva. Reva tells Josh about what really happened on Marah’s prom night. They both are taken aback that Tony really seems to love Marah and Josh agrees to offer him his job back. Michelle tells Danny and Rick that she tried to negotiate a deal with Gus. Danny confides in Rick that he’ll turn himself in before he lets anything happen to Michelle. Tony stops by and Danny takes him aside and has a heart to heart: he tells Tony that he deserves happiness. Tony leaves and Danny and Michelle start making dinner plans when Gus comes by and arrests Danny for the murder of Carmen Santos. Michelle calls Ross, interrupting a tender moment between him and Blake, and he agrees to meet Danny down at the station. On their way out, the police find Tony and arrest him for aggravated assault against Vince Russo.
