Tony and Danny are booked at the police station and Frank calls Harley to inform her of the goings on in the Santos case. Harley rushes to the station while narrowly escaping exposing her pregnant self to Phillip. Ross arrives at the police station and tries to arrange bail for both Tony and Danny. He confides in Michelle that he thinks Danny is in serious trouble. Harley confronts Gus about him not keeping her up to date on his investigation. Gus counters that Harley is too sympathetic towards the people that they are investigating. Danny and Michelle share a few minutes to say goodbye before Danny is hauled off to his jail cell. Meanwhile, Rick updates Phillip about Danny and Tony’s arrests and Phillip questions Rick about Harley. He thinks that he has been misguided in the past when he suspected that something was wrong with Rick – he now thinks that Harley is the one going through some rough times. Rick feels badly about keeping Harley’s pregnancy from Phillip and tells Harley that they must tell Phillip the truth. When Tony gets out on bail, he runs into Catalina in Company. She comforts him about losing Marah and his job. In San Cristobel, Olivia and Edmund agree to their deal for the Harbor Project. Beth tells them that Richard is on his way to the island. Beth questions Edmund about Cassie’s whereabouts and why he is so sure that Richard will never find her, but Edmund denies any knowledge of Cassie's whereabouts. Beth goes to greet Richard’s plane and begs him to find Cassie and leave without making any trouble for Edmund. Edmund tells his aides to bring Richard to him. Richard manages to shake Beth’s confidence in Edmund and arrives at the palace with her.
