Beth again asks Phillip to work on getting Jim to stay in town. Later, Harley does the same thing, not wanting Susan to leave. Phillip finds Jim at Millennium and promises to stay out of Jim's life if he stays -- he even offers Jim a bribe. Jim pretends to accept the bribe, wondering how far Phillip will go... then admits that he's already decided to stay. India jokes with Ross by pretending she's demanding a marriage now that they've slept together. They enjoy their morning and spend time talking about his feelings for Blake. He apologizes for Blake's intrusion last night, and says he feels sorry for Blake -- nothing more. When Harley also arrives at Millennium, she is confronted by Beth, who -- not knowing Jim's decision -- rails at her for sending Susan away just to spite Beth. After spending the night with Blake, Ben notices her attempts to distance herself from him. Carmen arrives, upset about Danny's arrest, and demands that Ben decide if he's going to work for her. Blake warns Ben that this is a job for life, and leaves, expecting to see him at lunch. Ben defends Blake to Carmen, but agrees to help Danny. At Millennium, Blake eats alone. She spots Ross and tries to avoid him, but he catches her and insists that they talk. He knows Blake's not happy, and advises her to find out what she really wants. She admits she has to stop leaning on him so much. But later, when she leaves and sees India joining Ross for lunch, she watches them sadly. Frank questions Danny about being caught stealing electronics. Pilar arrives and, to Danny's dismay, Frank tells her about the charges against the Santos "mob family." Carmen appears with Ben, who produces proof that the electronics were the property of the Santos family. Frank reluctantly agrees to release Danny, who reasserts to Pilar that the family isn't involved in crime. Carmen is impressed with Ben, and tells him he's proven himself -- he's earned a place working for her.
