Guiding Light: Friday May 7, 1999

Reva surprises her female friends by throwing herself a bridal shower. A woman enters observing details about Blake, Cassie, Harley and Abby... and Reva reveals that Madame Zuma is a psychic! Harley refuses to have her fortune told, but Zuma predicts Abigail will hear again; that someone who has the power to make Blake weak will cause her trouble; and that Cassie will have a great adventure. She also claims that Reva's already married, and that the ring she found has nothing to do with Sarah. Jesse warns Buzz that Frank's going to be investigating Max's connection to Drew. Buzz assures him he'll do what he can to keep Drew from being hurt by the truth. Jesse helps Buzz clean up, and throws away the lottery ticket. Selena and Drew talk about Drew's night with Danny. Carmen approaches Drew, wanting to know Drew's secret. Drew doesn't realize that Carmen's under the impression that Drew helped Michelle move Danny from the hospital. Instead, Drew reveals that she and Danny slept together. Fletcher arrives at the hospital, and Holly again insists that he take Meg back to Europe. She says she knows he loves her, but she must heal alone. At last, Fletcher brings Meg into the room, and Holly embraces her daughter. He kisses her goodbye and professes his love. She echoes his feelings, and Fletcher and Meg leave. Michelle tells Danny she brought him to the lighthouse to protect him from Carmen... she doesn't want Carmen to brainwash him against her. Danny kisses her, and they apologize to each other for their missed chances. He remembers he was coming back to Michelle when he had the accident. As he tells Michelle he knows why he was driving so fast to get to her, Carmen reaches out to open the door.
