Guiding Light: Tuesday August 8, 2000

The cops take Josh, Reva and their lawyers down to the station after Josh's lawyer insists on pressing charges against Reva. Josh finally convinces his lawyer not to press charges and orders both lawyers to go home and start settling the divorce as quickly as possible. After they leave, the animosity between Josh and Reva still persists. Noah arrives to pick up Reva, and Josh goes home to find a seductive Olivia waiting for him. Harley returns to work and is partnered with David. David is concerned that Harley's preoccupation with her family will interfere with the job. Beth asks Edmund to help her with Phillip and his custody suit. Meanwhile, Rick suggests that Phillip is pursuing custody of his children to fill the void of Harley's absence. Phillip rejects his theory and continues to maintain that he doesn't want to lose his kids. Later, Phillip finds Zach in the care of an ineffectual babysitter. Phillip kicks out the babysitter and her friends and prepares to take Zach home with him. A livid Susan returns home and asks him what he's doing. After Carlos confirms Xeno's involvement in Carmen's death, Danny arranges for Carlos to bring Xeno to Millennium. Later, Danny tells Bill to take care of Pilar tonight and stay out of sight.
