Harley arrives home to find Phillip leaving with Zach. Phillip explains how the babysitter wasn't taking care of Zach. Harley apologizes, but they continue to argue about Zach and their marriage. Their argument turns passionate and they make love. After making love, a confused Harley tells Phillip that this does not mean they're reconciled. A calm Phillip tells her that he knows reconciliation will take time, but he wants to be with her. David tells Frank he has been researching Danny's father's death and theorizes that someone is killing off the Santoses. Selena is disturbed when she overhears David and Frank talking and flashes back to a memory of a mysterious man rescuing her. Danny intimidates Xeno and gets him to admit to killing Carmen. After Xeno confesses, Danny is tempted to personally avenge his mother's murder, but allows Carlos to take care of Xeno for him. After Danny leaves, Carlos congratulates Xeno on his performance. Later, Carlos tells Maria that Danny believed Xeno's performance and arranges for Xeno to leave the country. Danny arrives home and informs Michelle that he now knows that Xeno killed Carmen. Michelle asks if Danny contacted Frank, but Danny replies that things have been "taken care of." A horrified Michelle wants to know what he means, but Danny can't answer.
