Alan is irritated when Vicky interrupts his romantic evening with Claire. Things grow worse for Alan when Richard arrives threatening to cancel San Cristobel's construction contracts with Spaulding. Richard holds Alan responsible for the collapse because of the shoddy working conditions on the site. Reeling from Richard's accusations, Alan is grateful when Vicky placates Richard with a hastily composed memo about Spaulding's new safety policies. After Frank and Reva recover from almost being run off the road, Frank vows that whoever did this has made a big mistake. Frank and David arrive at Millenium and question Danny about the car that ran Frank and Reva off the road. Later, a confused Danny questions an insulted Maria about the incident. Tony takes Marah to a dive bar. Tony notices a man at the bar staring at Marah. Marah tries to dismiss it, but Tony is insulted that someone would dare to look at his date. She is horrified when he returns with blood on his hands after beating the guy who was looking at her. Marah leaves a confused Tony who insists he was only defending her honor.
