Guiding Light: Thursday November 30, 2000

The FBI arrives at homes of all the kids with warrants for search and seizure. The frantic parents all call Ross to help handle the situation. Swamped with calls Ross tells everyone to meet at Reva's house to sort things out. While everyone is venting their anger on each other, Ross asks if there is someone they can contact to find out what actually happened. Jim calls Max and when he arrives, Jim begins harassing him with questions. Under duress from Jim, Max finally explains the kids' bootlegging scheme and the trip to Chicago to see NuGround. Later, after talking to the FBI agents, Ross informs the parents that the government plans to make an example of their kids and that the parents could also be liable in the case. Despite Richard's attempts to regain her trust, Cassie remains hurt by his suspicions. Later, Edmund tries to throw Richard off the trail, but he panics when he realizes that Richard knows the Dr. Holt he consulted was an impersonator. Richard tells Edmund that he knows someone tried to dupe him and he plans to punish the culprit severely.
