Phillip explains that he thinks Susan should not be lumped with the other kids because of her connection to Spaulding and use of their computers. Jim becomes angry with Phillip for instructing Susan on how to handle the legal ramifications of her actions. Michelle decides to speak to May about Rick while a nervous Rick watches. Michelle urges May to consider Rick, but May changes the subject telling Michelle that Danny needs her. Meanwhile, Rick urges Danny to reconcile with a miserable Michelle. Danny vehemently refuses. Sam is hurt when Olivia chastises him for his role in the CD scam and his careless approach to life. Sam gets upset, but Olivia reminds him that he's not a U.S. citizen and could be deported for his crimes. Max breaks up with a devastated Susan. Later, Susan tells Sam of her plan to convince NuGround to drop the lawsuit against them. Sam offers to go with her, but Susan decides to go alone and leaves a note for Harley. Danny is furious with Tony for his involvement in the CD scam. Ray agrees that Tony was wrong, but he urges Danny to let go of his rage. Later, Marah and Tony agree to meet secretly after their families forbid them to see each other.
