Guiding Light: Monday December 11, 2000

Richard and Cassie try to work on the toy project for the museum, but the tension between them is too distracting. Richard is hurt when Cassie tells him she's staying in San Cristobel for the sake of the country, not for him. Later, Noah reports to Richard that Rourke did not act alone. Richard relays this to Edmund, who feigns innocence. Cassie warns Edmund that she won't be driven away. When Rick approaches May, she asks if he's still married. May's refusal of Rick's advances because of his marital status leads Rick to call Ross about divorce proceedings. May agrees to a date and has a romantic fantasy about ballroom dancing with Rick. Tony's hurt when Danny tries to explain how Tony's bravado is detrimental to their dealings with other families. Tony reiterates his loyalty to Danny and agrees to try harder. Noah and Marah conspire to get Reva out of town with Noah for New Year's since it will be Olivia and Josh's wedding day. With some prodding, Reva agrees to spend New Year's with Noah. Michelle brings Danny video of her sonogram, but Danny refuses to watch and rushes out.
