Alex finds Gus at the Beacon and keeps him away from the police station. After, Alex heads to the station and discovers that Ross started an Internal Affairs investigation of the police department. Harley is as outraged as Frank about what Ross is doing. However, Internal Affairs finds the file Alex planted in Frank’s briefcase and Ross accuses Frank of concealing evidence. Reva questions Cassie about her fascination with her impostor. Cassie tries to deny any dissatisfaction with her own life but eventually admits that she sometimes misses the life she used to lead. Meanwhile, Jeffrey confronts Dinah and orders her to stop impersonating Cassie. Dinah realizes that Jeffrey has moved to Springfield and accuses him of having developed feelings for Cassie. Jeffrey threatens to send her back to prison. Dinah turns on her charm and reminds him of how good they used to be together. He responds physically but doesn’t back down from his ultimatum to stop the game or else. The after party kicks into gear and Danny and Michelle have a good time. They get closer and things begin to get steamy. But, when Danny makes an innocent remark, an upset Michelle takes off. Danny is frustrated and Michelle ends up outside the social club as the cops are about to bust Tony. Sandy and Marina continue to connect. Shayne notices the spark between his girlfriend and his brother for the first time. Tammy enlists Sandy to help her with Joey and he sets up a dance for them. It’s awkward at first but eventually they both open up and admit how much they miss each other. Lizzie sees the progress they’re making and takes action, pretending to be attacked and throwing herself into Joey’s arms.
