Buzz is less than pleased when finds out that Phillip has taken over WSPR. Later, while he deals with calls from Phillip’s contractors, he’s forced to serve burgers to a smug Phillip and his demolition man. Then he learns the deadline to knock down Company has been moved up to this week. Buzz’s rage gets the best of him and he kicks Phillip out of Company. Soon after, he collapses in pain. Olivia, Harley and Bill hold their first meeting to talk strategy to bring down the Spauldings. Once Harley and Olivia get over the initial tension, the unlikely alliance forms a good team. Later, Billy learns that Olivia and Bill are working together and warns Olivia to stay away from Bill. But Bill defies his father and defends their partnership. Bill and Olivia plot to crash Phillip’s board meeting. Meanwhile, Harley meets with Spaulding’s chief counsel – to her surprise, is Gus. Gus offers to use his position to help her save Company, but they end up arguing. He follows her to Company, just in time to see Buzz collapse. Reva and Sandy bond over a game of pool, during which they ask each other some tough questions. Reva playfully tricks Sandy into signing his inheritance papers. After, Sandy calls the bank, desperate to put a stop to the transaction. Michelle discovers that Tony has bought Danny’s house. Later, Michelle and Tony take on two intruders who Michelle suspects Danny has sent to wreck her lighthouse home. But when they learn Danny isn’t to blame, they realize they have real trouble on their hands.
