Reva tries to process the news that Sandy is not her son but she is still a donor match. She begins to lose it as she tries to figure it all out. Cassie returns to Springfield, and points out that Sandy may know the truth and have been scamming them all along. Lizzie struggles to cope when she realizes that she hit Sandy with her car. Tammy insists she visit with Sandy. Later, Lizzie, shaken by the sight of him, flees the ER and later, it appears she might confess to Ross. Ross assures her that whoever did this to Sandy will be found and punished, so she decides to keep quiet. Cassie and Tammy share an emotional reunion by Sandy’s bedside. Cassie is grateful that Sandy saved Tammy but she is torn by the fact that he isn’t who he claimed to be. Reva has asked Cassie not to tell Tammy the truth, so Cassie doesn’t reveal what is going on. Dinah is thrilled to hear of Roger’s death and intrigued to learn that he had another son. Later, Dinah watches as Ross and Sebastian have a tense exchange. Sebastian approaches Dinah with a warning that leaves her chilled, but nevertheless fascinated. While holding the coin that she found in the lighthouse, Michelle gets an image of her mother, Maureen. When Sebastian, wanting the coin for his own agenda, offers to relieve it from her to alleviate the danger he insists she’s in, Michelle refuses to hand it over. Later, Michelle confides in Tony about what is going on with Sebastian.
