Gus and Harley’s kiss leads them tentatively back together, but the moment is shattered when Frank arrests Harley for Phillip’s murder. Frank reveals that he knows she masqueraded as Ruth, and Harley admits that she set up Ruth to save Buzz. She confesses that she honestly doesn’t remember if she killed Phillip or not. Gus passionately defends her but Harley agrees to go down to the station with Frank. Gus kisses her again and swears he’ll find the real killer. Tony runs into Danny and Marina at the hotel in Santo Domingo. Danny decks Tony, furious at him for taking advantage of Michelle when she was only trying to find out who she really was. Tony quickly explains the Sebastian situation and his need to find a cure. Certain that he can help Michelle, Danny slips out while Marina stays behind to distract Tony. Back at the villa, Sebastian gets word that Danny is looking for him and dispatches his henchman to handle it. Later, in a quiet moment, a discussion about Roger brings Sebastian and Holly a little closer. Lizzie and Coop continue to play each other. Alan notices their apparent closeness and warns Lizzie not to compromise their goal of defending the Spaulding family. Lizzie lets Alan in on her plan. Later, Coop helps Lizzie reunite with Roxy who went missing and asks her out on their first date. Meanwhile, Buzz consoles Zach, who’s still missing his daddy. Alan calls Buzz on his hypocrisy, declaring that the Spaulding/Cooper war will never end. Later, Lizzie announces to both grandfathers that she and Coop are going out on a date whether they like it or not. After, Alan comforts a troubled Beth, who’s behaving very strangely. She leaves a distressed message on Rick’s voice mail, telling him she needs to talk to him about Phillip, but quickly erases it.
