Reva and Josh find themselves at odds over Jonathan’s accident. Sandy surprises Jonathan in his room and turns the tables on him, taunting and threatening him just like Jonathan did when Sandy was hospitalized. Meanwhile, Cassie’s haunted by what happened with Jonathan and tracks down Reva in order to find out all that went down the night Jonathan came to her hotel room. Reva is shocked when Cassie reveals that she thinks she was drugged when she woke up in bed with Jonathan on the morning of her wedding day. Horrified Reva confronts Jonathan and demands the true story. Harley tells Gus he’s restored her hope by believing in her innocence and by giving her something to look forward to. Later, Harley asks Jeffrey to level with her on how bad her situation is. He admits that with pressure from Alan Spaulding, the case will definitely go to trial. Gus enters and when Jeffrey suggests they begin talking about a deal, Gus absolutely refuses. He resolves to question Beth again. Meanwhile Beth is at home, giving instructions to her maid to get rid of a red stained dress. Mel gives Rick the opportunity to come clean about Beth, but he doesn’t. When Beth shows up, Mel confronts them both. Beth apologizes and leaves. Rick explains that he didn’t tell Mel because he was hoping it would just be forgotten but Mel remains troubled.
