Jonathan returns to his hospital room to find Cassie and Reva with the videotape. When he panics and begs them not to watch it, Cassie thinks the tape might prove her innocence. Jonathan tries to keep Reva from viewing the tape, asking her to trust him but Cassie insists on seeing it. The tape reveals that Jonathan did nothing to her and an irate Reva turns on Cassie, tired of being manipulated into doubting Jonathan. To Jonathan’s delight, Reva declares that for the time being it would probably be better if she and Cassie steered clear of each other. Gus and Harley have different ideas about solving the case. He wants to prove one of the other suspects did it, but she needs to prove her own innocence, or guilt, first. While Harley works with Buzz, Gus gets a clue about Beth’s own potential guilt when he stumbles upon her giving a dress she wore the day Phillip died to charity. He calls Harley and insists she go and retrieve the dress before it disappears in a charity bin. But, while Harley digs through the bin, she’s suddenly attacked from behind! Alan invites Olivia over to the house and, wary, she brings Bill along. Alan claims he wants to make peace between them but it’s quickly evident he lured them here for a reason.
