When her pre-trial hearing goes poorly, Harley is certain she’s doomed. She convinces Gus to take a day off from her case and then uses the down time to try and prepare her family for life after she is sent away to jail. Gus realizes what she’s doing and refuses to give up on her. Later, Gus and Harley figure out the discrepancy in Lizzie and Beth’s stories and discover that Lizzie is missing an alibi for the night of the murder. Michelle and Tony are enjoying their new relationship when Father Ray arrives with a reality check for Michelle. While Father Ray advises her to slow things down a little with Tony, Tony goes to see Danny who insists he is moving on from Michelle. Later, Tony reassures Michelle that he believes in their relationship and wants to give her everything. Meanwhile, Danny reveals to Marina that he’s not going to let Michelle have it all. Shaken up from her run-in with Gus, Lizzie is in no mood to keep up her game with Coop. Coop, meanwhile, is getting pretty tired of keeping up the act himself. Later, after they’ve pushed each other to the breaking point and the game blows up in their faces, they share a real moment together.
