Danny has pulled Michelle from the wreckage of the collapsed room in the Townhouse he was renovating. After coming to, she shocks him by pulling him into a breathtaking kiss and telling him that her memory is back. It’s an emotional moment between them. She runs through her newly returned memories like a checklist, testing herself, remembering first and foremost her life with Danny and their love. When she panics this might be temporary and that her memory could disappear again at any instant, he holds her close. The moment of comfort quickly leads to a kiss and soon to much more. Caught up in the moment, Danny and Michelle make love amid the wreckage. But, in the afterglow of their blissful moment, reality sets in. Michelle remembers everyone she has to tell about this breakthrough, including Rick, her father, her son and her lover, Tony. Danny and Michelle part, each unsure of what the future will bring. Meanwhile, Marina waits for Danny to pick her up for their trip out of town. She runs into Tony, who, in the aftermath of Michelle accepting his proposal, has never been more upbeat and hopeful about his future, despite disapproval from Father Ray. Dinah has helped Cassie sneak out of Jeffrey’s apartment to avoid Edmund. After, Dinah admits to Cassie that she is pregnant. Cassie is dubious but can’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy when Dinah mentions that Jeffrey might be the father. Later, Cassie confesses to Tammy that she still loves Edmund, but realizes she is not ready to go back to him. Jeffrey offers Cassie a place to stay, but she resists temptation and chooses Tammy instead. Meanwhile, being without Cassie is starting to wear Edmund down. When he sits down to assemble a crib he had delivered, he has trouble and begins to trash it until Dinah offers a comforting solution.
