Bill shows up to discuss business with Alan and is stunned to learn that Olivia’s moved into the house with Emma. Bill and Olivia clash, but they still have a desire to work out their troubles. Alan promotes Olivia to Head of Acquisitions for Spaulding, a path that puts her in direct conflict with Bill. Bill orders her to give up the post, but Olivia stands her ground and they remain apart. Tony presents Michelle with a range of options for their wedding, but she won’t commit to any single one. Meanwhile, Danny postpones his out of town trip with Marina again. Later, Danny and Michelle wind up at the Bauer patio and find themselves remembering the times they shared there. The warm moment leads to a kiss, which Tony arrives just in time to see. At the farm, Jeffrey’s surprised to discover that Dinah’s moved in and that she is the carrier of Cassie’s baby. Jeffrey warns Cassie that legal document or not, Dinah will find a way to stab Cassie in the back, and he vows to stick close by Cassie during the pregnancy to protect her. Later, they go to the hospital for Dinah’s exam appointment, just as Edmund arrives, having been alerted by Dinah. Jeffrey wants Edmund to take a hike but Cassie asks Jeffrey to be the one to leave. Edmund is encouraged but Cassie’s quick to warn him she can’t listen to his constant pleading to take him back. Then the doctor calls them in to see a sonogram image of their child. It’s a moment of great emotion for both Cassie and Edmund and, Dinah, feeling left out, disappears. Spooked by the mysterious phone calls he has been receiving, Jonathan declares his intention to leave town to Sandy and Tammy. Surprisingly, they gang up on him to talk him out of it, saying he’ll only be hurting Reva if he leaves. He eventually agrees to stay, but warns them, they should be careful what they wish for.
