Edmund is hopeful when Cassie calls him to the farm but she reveals that she wants to tell the boys about their separation. Edmund tries to stall when Ross and Vanessa confront them with a tabloid newspaper in hand, detailing how he tried to kidnap Dinah, unaware that is was Dinah who leaked the story. Ross blames Edmund for planting the story and things begin to get ugly when Dinah suddenly takes off. Later, Edmund tells Cassie that if he’s the cause of all their problems with Ross, maybe he should leave until after the baby is born. To his dismay, Cassie decides to take him up on his offer. At Laurel Falls, Danny and Marina discuss Danny moving on with his life. But when Marina realizes how special the place is to Danny and Michelle, she decides to give Danny some time alone there. Meanwhile, Tony and Michelle have returned from Vegas, unmarried due to Michelle’s realization that she still loves Danny. Tony begs her to remember that she loves him too and he brings her up to Laurel Falls to prove it. Tony and Michelle arrive at the place where it all started for them while Danny is off hiking in another area. Things get heated between Tony and Michelle when she continues to insist that she loves Danny. Finally, Michelle breaks the news that she slept with Danny the night she got her memory back. Tony’s enraged and that’s when Danny returns from his hike. While Holly and Alan make a deal about the paper, Sebastian reveals to Blake his plan to take Alan down and finish the job their father, Roger, could not. Blake’s intrigued and wants to help but Sebastian hesitates. He explains his plan depends on having Alan trust him implicitly, and Blake can’t help him do that. Later, a crafty Blake creates a scene, giving Sebastian the perfect opportunity to show Alan his loyalty.
